About the role
Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all assigned areas, including common spaces, offices, restrooms, and vacant units.
* Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing as needed.
* Restock supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and properly stored.
* Assist with laundry and linen changes if applicable.
* Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
* Support other staff members and management as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
