What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

* 2+ years of BIM modeling or coordination experience in a construction, engineering, or design environment. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. * Experience with BIM platforms and coordination software. * Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and project workflows. * Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts through model-based coordination. * Skilled at translating technical information into clear, actionable guidance for diverse project stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, organized, and reliable project data. * Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and visualization skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines. * Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a passion for leveraging technology to improve construction outcomes.
