Love serving guests, but tired of late nights and unpredictable shifts? At Summit Place, you’ll use the service skills you’ve built in restaurants, hotels, or catering in a dining room where you get to know your guests by name. Our residents are your regulars, and you’ll be done by 7:00 PM.

What You’ll Do * Provide attentive, polished table service during evening meals * Learn residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines, and anticipate what they need before they ask * Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate * Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to * Help mentor newer team members
What We’re Looking For * Serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or similar setting (1+ year preferred) * Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence during busy service * Patience and genuine care for older adults * Availability year-round for a weekday and weekend block schedule * Must be 16 or older
