Multifamily Superintendent
* Executor of the Process * Updates Company Cam daily * Performs Daily Monitoring on assigned jobs * Manages on site labor * Communicates Dumpster swap outs and deliveries * Monitors hotels stay and informs PM if extensions needed * Updates PSA daily – Notes and Work Orders * Obtains Invoices from Sub-Contractors for completed work * Turns in Sign Off’s, Invoices, & Work Orders for Sub pay * Helps obtain and secures all materials * Deliver Materials if need be * Quality Control * Maintains Neat Job Site * Reports back to PM if additional damage is discovered * Obtain COS / COC * Takes Completion Photos of completed work * Any other tasked assigned by supervisor * Travel position
Compensation: $50,000 yr
