Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Call Center Agent
Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Center is recruiting a full time Call Center Agent to join our growing Dermatology group in Boardman, OH. Advanced Dermatology is a partner of Optima Dermatology.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and handling a high volume of calls * Data entry * Scheduling appointments * Work with provider schedules * Dispatch calls as needed
Qualifications:
* Must have strong computer skills * Familiarity with insurances, preferred
