This will be an on-site position out of our Tampa, FL office.
How you will contribute
As an Account Manager, Mid-Market on our Sales team, you will be responsible for building business relationships with Asure’s top revenue clients to uncover opportunities on how Asure’s portfolio of solutions can assist them in developing workplaces for today’s workforce, and the workforce of the future. You will have experience prospecting and developing client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements. These engagements will require you to complete discovery calls and partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business.
* Profile clients and key contact points. * Establish a Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle. * Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ short- and long-term needs. * Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution. * Deliver high-impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients. * Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client needs and position Asure solutions. * Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities. * Formulate and present proposals that outline the value of the proposed Asure solutions. * Execute sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients. * Maintain and manage your client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to reach or exceed assigned goals. * Leverage Salesforce.com to track transactions, manage results, and report information to management. * Conduct on-site visits and account reviews for local clients, if applicable.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. * Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred. * Experience selling HCM or HR software solutions preferred. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Experience managing multiple engagements effectively. * Proven relationship building and client service skills. * Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales. * Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, Salesloft and other virtual selling tools. * Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail. * Track record of consistent overachievement towards assigned goals.
Compensation
OTE range for this role is $105,000 - $110,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.
