About the role

About Us: Utility Profit is revolutionizing the way property managers and tenants interact with utilities, streamlining processes, and creating value at every step. As part of our growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI, to deliver impactful solutions.

Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. This person will bridge the gap between design, engineering, and customers to deliver products that delight users and drive business outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

* Product Ownership: Own and drive the product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

* Ticket Management: Write detailed, actionable tickets, create and manage epics, ensuring clarity and prioritization for the engineering team.

* Design Collaboration: Partner closely with designers to create user-centric solutions. Comfort working in Figma and other modern design tools is essential.

* Customer Interaction: Act as a key interface with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

* AI Innovation: Champion the incorporation of AI into our products, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings with intelligent features.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to maintain high velocity and deliver impactful features on time.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve on existing features and inform future development.

Requirements

* Experience: 5+ years in product management roles, with a strong track record of delivering web-based software products.

* B2B SaaS: You’ve worked at a high-growth b2b saas startup before. Ideally, you’ve been involved when a company is smaller, not just a big corporation.

* Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of engineering concepts and experience working closely with development teams.

* Tools Expertise: Proficiency in task management tools, Figma for design collaboration, and familiarity with other modern product tools.

* Design Sense: An eye for great design and a commitment to creating intuitive, user-friendly products.

* Customer Focus: Experience interacting with customers to gather insights and translate them into product requirements.

* AI Enthusiasm: Passionate about AI and its potential to transform product experiences.

* Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.

Languages: Proficiency in English is required, additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
