* Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers' homes and businesses during late night hours * Navigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning tools * Provide professional and friendly customer service during all interactions * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and transparently * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle at all times * Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies consistently * Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries * Assist with basic store closing duties and inventory management as needed * Resolve delivery issues and customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills * Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Reliable personal transportation to and from work * Ability to work flexible late night shifts and weekends * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities * Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling * Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order management * Physical capability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds regularly * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions * Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices * Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation (preferred) * Familiarity with the Champaign area and knowledge of efficient routes (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
