Job Summary The Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for change management, contract administration, forecasting support, project audits, and closeout activities. This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
* Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista. * Maintain contract values and revenue tracking. * Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis. * Assist with project audits and compliance reviews. * Help identify risk through the projects * Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation. * Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes. * Assist the Area and Project Managers * Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls
Minimum Qualifications
* 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience. * Excel and reporting capabilities. Proficient * Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.
Preferred
* Vista ERP preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Bilingual Spanish
