At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, we are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our Spa Team in the following positions:
* Spa Receptionist * Spa Host
The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
Spa Receptionist
* Welcome guests and manage spa appointments, reservations, and enquiries. * Provide information about spa treatments, packages, and retail products. * Promote and upsell treatments, wellness packages, and spa products. * Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and transactions. * Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth daily operations. * Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
Spa Host
* Welcome guests and ensure a warm, personalised spa experience. * Escort guests around the spa and explain the facilities and amenities. * Assist guests with lockers, changing areas, and access to spa facilities. * Ensure all guest areas are clean, organised, and presented to the highest standards. * Monitor guest comfort and attend to requests throughout their visit. * Work closely with the spa reception and therapist teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, spa operations, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury environment. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * A professional, friendly, and welcoming personality. * Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A positive attitude and genuine passion for wellness and hospitality. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management. * Applicants must either be currently residing in Malta or hold a valid EU passport.
