About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathrooms.
Using our proven sales system and industry-leading design technology, you'll help customers choose the best solution for their home while delivering an outstanding buying experience.
This is a consultative sales role where you will build trust, present customized solutions, and close sales during scheduled in-home appointments.
What You'll Do
* Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments * Conduct professional in-home design consultations * Utilize iPad-based technology to create custom bath remodeling solutions * Present product options and financing solutions * Build strong relationships and establish trust with homeowners * Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals * Follow up with customers throughout the sales process * Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions * Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous in-home sales experience * Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, or construction sales experience * Strong closing and relationship-building skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Self-motivated and highly competitive mindset * Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Comfortable using tablets and sales technology
