Haldren maintains a confidential registry of executives and operators interested in interim leadership opportunities. Submitting your details adds you to our registry for consideration as relevant roles arise. Around 50% of the positions are remote, and the rest are hybrid. Typical scope of board roles * Lead a critical transition, stabilize performance, and ensure continuity for the senior team * Execute time bound mandates such as turnaround, growth acceleration, transformation, or systems implementation * Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes against a defined mandate
Requirements
We consider senior leaders with clear domain expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to ramp quickly and deliver independently and collaboratively. Experience may include C suite, GM, or functional leadership, operating roles in complex environments, prior interim engagements, consulting, or leading transformation programs. Time commitment and compensation Time commitment and compensation vary by organization type and mandate. Details are shared during outreach and validation. Typically engagements range from fractional (1 to 3 days per week) to full time assignments, often lasting 3 to 12 months depending on scope and complexity.
