L&M Corrugated is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. In this role, you'll be a critical part of our operation, ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
* Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility * Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately * Supply production lines with materials as needed * Transport finished goods to designated storage locations * Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns * Maintain accurate inventory movements and documentation * Follow all safety procedures and company policies * Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed
What We're Looking For * Previous forklift experience required * Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift * Dependable attendance and strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
