About the role
The role
We are hiring a Blockchain Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and chain integrations. You will work closely with backend and product teams to ship secure, production-ready on-chain systems. This is a hands-on role focused on correctness, gas efficiency, and operational safety.
What you'll do
* Design and implement smart contracts * Integrate on-chain systems with backend and frontend services * Write tests, deployment scripts, and upgrade paths * Review contract security and operational risks * Support indexing, events, and transaction monitoring * Collaborate on token, custody, and market flows
What we're looking for
Must-have experience and skills for this role.
* 3+ years of software engineering experience * Strong Solidity or equivalent smart contract experience * Understanding of EVM fundamentals and common patterns * Experience with Hardhat / Foundry (or similar) * Ability to reason about security and edge cases * Comfort collaborating with backend and product teams
Nice to have
* Audit experience or formal verification exposure * L2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism) * ethers.js / web3.js integrations * RWA, DeFi, or fintech product experience
