At Haven Home Health & Hospice, we are locally owned and mission-driven. Strong systems support strong clinicians and this role is at the center of it all.
This is not a typical administrative role. This is our in-house tech support and systems coordinator, the person our team relies on to keep everything connected and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is confident troubleshooting computers, software, and office technology
* Learns new systems quickly and is not intimidated by technology
* Enjoys problem-solving and figuring things out independently
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Stays organized while juggling multiple priorities
* Has a clean driving record
What you will do:
* Serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day tech support including computers, phones, software, and basic troubleshooting
* Coordinate and maintain office systems and workflows
* Manage company vehicles and fleet logistics
* Handle vendor services, supplies, and equipment needs
* Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
