{ YOUR_RESPONSIBILITIES: [
* Deliver complex backend features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and timely completion. * Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing to boost team capability. * Take ownership of core functions or domain areas within the team and expand influence across multiple teams. * Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. * Serve as a technical expert and informal leader, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
* Strong proficiency in the Java/JVM ecosystem. * Experience building backend applications with Spring Boot. * Clear motivation to learn and adopt Kotlin as a primary language, with motivation to grow into it quickly. * Proven ability to design and implement complex backend solutions simply and effectively. * Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices. * Experience across full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. * Demonstrated willingness to mentor and support team members. * Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving. * Familiarity with Postgres, Kafka, REST APIs, Reactive Programming (Reactor), and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus is a plus
