Responsibilities
* Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks * Respond effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor * Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for future reference and action * Enforce facility policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance at all times * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously while maintaining security standards
Requirements
* Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations diplomatically * Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures * Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts for extended periods * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
