* Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals * Serve as a hands-on role model, demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and professionalism * Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations * Drive performance by setting clear expectations, tracking metrics, and holding the team accountable * Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your team competitive and informed * Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and customer experience
Qualifications
* Proven experience in timeshare sales management 1-3 years + * Strong production history and verifiable performance stats (preferred) * Active Driver’s License * Real Estate License (required) * Open availability with the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays * A natural leader with a competitive edge and a passion for winning
