Summary
We are seeking a motivated Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-facing role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, career planning, and enrollment while helping them take the next step toward a career in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls * Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps * Present program information, outcomes, and student services * Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process * Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.) * Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success * Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting * Generate referrals and new leads

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required * 0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for helping others achieve career goals * Bilingual preferred
