Job Description
* Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents. * Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete. * Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status. * Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced. * Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment. * Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
Qualifications
* Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing * Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License * Current CPR Certification
