🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—turning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
* Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments * Use proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, personable tone * Build rapport with customers and create a positive first impression * Accurately enter and update customer information in our system * Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams * Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy * Support outbound calling efforts to follow up and maximize booking opportunities * Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred) * Experience handling multi-line phone systems * Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry) * Excellent communication and listening skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through * Ability to build trust and connect with customers quickly * Positive, driven attitude in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment * Team player with a competitive edge and desire to succeed * Flexibility and adaptability * Military experience welcomed and valued
