About the Role
Own and scale Meta paid acquisition for a B2B SaaS company, combining performance analysis, creative strategy, and measurement. You will partner with creative and data teams to build a fast-learning acquisition engine and support growth among small and midsize businesses.
What You'll Do
* Manage Meta campaign strategy and budget allocation while working toward ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
* Analyze campaign results to identify creative patterns and provide structured, data-backed direction to the creative team.
* Run high-velocity tests across audiences, creative concepts, campaign structures, and customer personas.
* Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering with measurement teams to guide spend decisions.
* Build tools and automated workflows, using AI where it can improve the speed and autonomy of user acquisition.
* Turn test results into actionable insights that support growth among SMB and business audiences.
What We're Looking For
* At least 4 years of performance marketing experience, including managing six-figure monthly Meta budgets against LTV:CAC targets.
* Strong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with the ability to connect channel decisions to business outcomes.
* Experience building tools or automating workflows with code or AI-enabled platforms.
* A record of close collaboration with creative teams, developing data-backed hypotheses and structured feedback loops.
* Experience running rapid, systematic tests and communicating findings clearly to cross-functional partners.
* Experience marketing to SMBs or working in SaaS or product-led growth environments is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually.

Remote role, with a primary location in Paris, France.
