Job Title: Heat Press Operator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operator to join our team. The Heat Press Operator will be responsible for operating a heat press machine to customize uniforms, including adding logos, names, and numbers to the garments. There is no previous experience needed. You will receive full training.
Responsibilities:
* Operate a heat press machine to customize uniforms according to customer specifications. * Review customer orders and ensure accuracy of customization, including the placement of logos, names, and numbers. * Adjust the heat press machine settings to ensure proper temperature and pressure for each garment. * Prepare the garments for customization, including pre-pressing, trimming, and ensuring that they are clean and wrinkle-free. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the heat press machine, tools, and supplies. * Keep inventory of supplies and materials needed for the heat press machine. * Troubleshoot any issues with the heat press machine, such as temperature or pressure problems, and notify the appropriate team member if needed. * Communicate with customers to ensure that customization meets their expectations. * Meet production quotas and deadlines set by management. * Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent. * No Previous experience operating a heat press machine is Required. (Full Training Provided) * Ability to read and interpret customer orders and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas and deadlines. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. * Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
