About the role

What Youll Do:
* Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to truobleshoot and resolve issues effectively. * Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. * Staying update on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information. * Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
What Were Looking For:
* Fluency in Danish (C1 level or above) and advance in English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
