What You’ll Do: * Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children of all ages in homes, in child centers and at events * Adapt quickly to new environments, routines, and children’s needs * Build strong, positive connections with children and clients * Communicate clearly and confidently about each shift * Show up reliable, professional, and ready to go

Availability Requirements: * Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours*): Monday–Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to care within the greater Southeastern Michigan area
