You don't need years of experience to get started! We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a long-term career in maintenance.
What We Offer:
* $19.00 per hour * 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:30 PM * Hands-on training from experienced mechanics * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance as low as $15 per week * Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days * 401(k) with company match
What You'll Do:
* Assist with DOT inspections and repairs on semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. * Learn to inspect industrial equipment, identify potential issues, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs. * Support building and grounds maintenance as needed. * Pick up parts and supplies to keep maintenance work moving. * Learn to use tools and equipment safely while developing your mechanical skills.
What We’re Looking For:
* A mechanical mindset and an interest in figuring out how things work. * A desire in developing a career in maintenance or becoming a mechanic. * Is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. * A valid driver's license. * Ability to work a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking and lifting. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and indoors in a maintenance shop where noise, grease, dirt, and other industrial conditions are present.
