Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about food and excited to share culinary skills with others
* Professional culinary background
* Prior experience teaching cooking classes, culinary education, demonstrations, team training, or other instructional environments preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking to and engaging groups of up to 26 guests
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Class Concepts We're Looking For
We're currently seeking instructors comfortable teaching one or more of the following:
* Handmade Pasta
* Sushi Making
* Neapolitan or Artisan Pizza
* Dumplings
* Pad Thai
* Paella
* Street Tacos
* Empanadas
* French Pastry & Choux
* Cheese Making
* Mixology
* Wine Tasting
Additional cuisines and specialties are welcome.
Responsibilities
* Lead and organize the entire class experience, including ingredient purchasing, setup, instruction, and cleanup
* Create a fun, engaging, and beginner-friendly learning environment
* Teach classes in a hands-on, interactive format
* Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the event
* Represent CocuSocial professionally while delivering exceptional guest experiences
