About the role

Job Description

Permanent, Full-time & Onsite.

As a Clinic & Campus Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of daily operations, supporting both campus and Wellness Clinic activities. Working closely with the Clinic & Campus Manager and fellow CCAs, you’ll deliver high-quality student support and administrative services in a varied, hands-on role. Cross-trained across clinic and campus functions, you’ll help create a welcoming, organised and engaging environment for students, staff and visitors alike.

Day to day, you will:

* Provide front-of-house support across clinic and campus reception, managing enquiries, bookings, payments, visitors and general administration. * Coordinate the daily operations of the Wellness Clinic, including rostering, dispensary stock control, banking and client communications. * Be the first point of contact for student enquiries and deliver responsive support via phone, email, ticketing systems and in person, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up. * Support and guide students in clinic workflows, systems and professional customer service practices. * Assist with campus operations and events, including open days, graduations, classroom setup and maintaining shared spaces. * Maintain clinic and campus resources, facilities and support compliance requirements to ensure a safe, organised and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student- and client-centred focus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities across student support, clinic operations, and campus administration. * Solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * High level of accuracy in administration, record-keeping, and financial processes. * Flexibility to work across both streams as required by the needs of the campus.

Nice to have:

* Experience in healthcare, education, or clinic settings * Familiarity with booking or clinic management systems * Diploma or Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant field (desirable but not a must)
