* Maintain clean, healthy spaces for students and staff * Follow daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols * Communicate clearly and respectfully with your team * Show up with a positive attitude and pride in your work
What We’re Looking For:
* Reliable, coachable team players * Attention to detail and willingness to learn * Previous custodial experience is a plus but not required * A “solutions over complaints” mindset
