You’re someone who sees the bigger picture while staying close to the detail.

You’ll also be a:

* Lead local initiatives across key work-streams (Systems and Process, Training and Enablement, Data, Candidate Experience). * Partner with the Americas TA Leader and senior TA leadership to align operational capabilities with hiring strategy. * Lead on implementing global initiatives locally. * Act as the local SME for TA operations, standardising processes across teams and geographies.

ATS & Tooling Implementation

* Review opportunities for improvements to the ATS and tooling, and work with the TA Operations COE to drive and implement measurable and impactful enhancements that would benefit the region. * Own tool adoption, ensuring all TA tools deliver maximum value across the TA team and meet the needs of the end users. * Align with the AI strategy to support the build and roll-out of agentic capabilities across TA. * Troubleshoot technical issues with tools, such as integrations, and partner with global counterparts to achieve long-term stabilisation. * Stay current on emerging TA technology and make evidence-based recommendations for tooling investments.

Process Improvement & Compliance

* Map, audit, and drive recruitment process compliance as per the global framework, to eliminate friction and improve both candidate and hiring manager experience. * Ensure consistent compliance with local hiring, employment and data privacy regulations. * Lead change management efforts when introducing new processes or tooling, ensuring strong adoption across the team.

Stakeholder Partnership & Employer Brand Support

* Partner with People, Finance, and Legal teams to support compliant, efficient hiring operations. * Provide insight and reporting to senior leaders on hiring activity, market intelligence, and KPI health. * Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives by ensuring operational touchpoints reflect Nscale’s culture and behaviours.

About You We’re looking for an experienced Talent Operations professional who thrives in high-growth, complex environments, as well as:

* 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years in a dedicated Talent Operations or TA Enablement role * Proven experience leading and developing a coordination or operations team * Demonstrated track record of driving adoption of TA tools and managing change to improve process compliance * Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, GoodTime, and AI sourcing tools * Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and how operations underpin great hiring outcomes * Experience designing and improving processes, workflows, and KPI frameworks at scale * Comfortable working across multiple Americas markets, with an understanding of regional compliance considerations * Data-literate with experience building TA dashboards and using insights to influence decisions * Passionate about digital innovation and the application of AI to drive operational excellence * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you can influence at all levels * Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
