Desired Skills and Experience
To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have the following:
* Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land) * Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate * CL-604 PIC Type Rating * Must reside in Southern California
PIC Minimums:
* 4,000 hours total pilot time * 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC * 3,000 hours multi-engine total * 250 hours PIC in type
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $185K–$225K Schedule: 10 on 10 off
* 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary * Medical, dental, and vision — 100% company paid * Loss of Medical insurance (disability pays 65% of annual income for up to 5 years) * Two weeks of vacation per year
