💼 Position Details
Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule: Part-time, Schools, Clinics, & In-home cases Pay Range: $20.50 – $26.13/hour* *Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and bilingual skills (if used regularly in the role).

🎯 What You’ll Do
* Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings * Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA * Use ABA strategies to support skill development in: * Communication * Social interaction * Play and daily living skills * Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation * Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

✅ Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required * Active RBT certification * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance (25/50k minimum) * Ability to travel between client locations * Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance * Negative TB test within the past 12 months
