* Possession of a growth mindset, hunter mentality, and a positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and building a career in sales * Goal-oriented, high-energy contributor with a sense of urgency * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail * You love rolling up your sleeves, jumping into the day and aren’t scared of the phone * The ability to be coached and trained from scratch * A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results * Great curiosity about software products and comfort working with them * Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively * A team player mindset and the ability to celebrate the successes of your Staffbase colleagues as much as your own * Business fluent English required; additional European languages a plus

What you'll get

* Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan) * Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of £1356 * Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August * Support - we’re offering a Company Pension with Salary Sacrifice option and Private Medical Insurance incl.
