Your Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing compassionate, one-on-one care to senior clients
* Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
* Helping with meal preparation as needed
* Providing medication reminders as directed
* Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed
* Communicating important client updates to the Cardinal Senior Care team
* Building a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
* Caring, patient, dependable, and respectful personality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
* Flexible availability for assigned shifts
* Two valid forms of identification required
What to Expect
* You will provide care in the client's home
* Shifts may be available in the morning and afternoon
* Care assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability
* You will be supported by the Cardinal Senior Care team
* You will use our mobile app for scheduling and communication
