We are looking for a talented, skilled, and compassionate Communications Assistant to work 40 hours Monday - Friday in our Norwell office, supporting external relations projects to advance the mission of Croí Health.
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
What will you be doing:
* Support strategic communications specialist in organizing operational schedule and deadlines * Provide editing, proofing, and design support for printed and digital materials * Capture and produce multimedia content and produce multimedia content, including taking photos and recording video/audio content * Working with the communications team, draft and assist with publishing across the company's social media channels * Create and organize calendar to meet objectives for annual goals * Collaborate with other departments to support company initiaitives * Maintain and upkeep social media platforms and review social media analytics * Assist the communications team with external vendors communication to establish calendar meetings and supporting materials * Provide event support as needed
What we’re looking for in you:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
* Communications experience in non-profit healthcare preferred * Experience in photography, videography and social media content management is a strong plus
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent writing skills * Strong attention to detail * Interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
