We are hiring line cooks across multiple locations and concepts including: Centro, Bina's, Bill's Bait Shop and Hippo Pockets.

What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a line cook * Self-starter, able to see tasks that need to be completed and takes the initiative to complete them * Ability to work both independently and as a team * Strong communication skills * Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment * An interest and willingness to learn more, listen, and take constructive feedback * Enthusiasm for working with a diverse team * Conversational Spanish helpful but not required
* Evenings, weekends, and Sunday availability is a must!
Your Impact
As a line cook you will aid in the cooking and preparation of the delicious food that creates a fun and memorable experience for our guests. Although Centro Restaurant Group works to create a welcoming ambiance for guests, it is the food that keeps them coming back for more. As a line cook you will aid in service through:
* cooking food to order, following the company's spec sheets * reading food tickets thoughtfully and paying close attention to modifications and any listed allergens * delivering food in goal ticket times * communicating effectively with other employees to complete orders * prepping ingredients * following safety and sanitation guidelines * assisting with daily temperature and line checks * consistently and effectively completing opening and closing tasks in a timely manner * assisting with stocking, organizing and cleaning food lines
