CMM Programmer Operator Easley, SC location
Pay Range $20-$22 hourly based on skills and experience

Essential Functions: * Program and operate CMMs (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) to inspect complex metal parts and assemblies. * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop accurate measurement routines. * Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections. * Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve dimensional issues and improve manufacturing processes. * Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for CMM equipment. * Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer-specific quality standards.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CMM programming and operation within a metal fabrication or precision machining environment. * Proficiency in CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent). * Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). * Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. * Familiarity with metal fabrication processes such as welding, forming, and CNC machining. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. * Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
