What you’ll do

* Lead regional commercial performance by owning and delivering a significant individual revenue target while driving overall regional results. * Coach, support and develop a small regional sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across priority agency groups and key advertisers. * Identify new business opportunities whilst growing existing partnerships through strategic account planning. * Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agency agreements and trading partnerships. * Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and regional business planning. * Act as the commercial lead for the region, supporting the team on complex opportunities and client escalations. * Influence cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Trading, Product and Marketing to achieve the best client outcomes. * Represent Captify in the regional market through agency engagement, presentations, education sessions and industry events. * Share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insight to help shape commercial priorities and product development. * Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability and collaboration.

What you’ll need

* Consistent track record of exceeding personal revenue targets in digital media sales. * Previous experience managing or coaching a small sales team. * Strong relationships across media agencies, investment, planning and programmatic teams. * Experience leading strategic agency partnerships. * Excellent commercial acumen, forecasting and pipeline management skills. * Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive client success.
