Derry Imaging seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will float to all Derry Imaging offices, as needed. You must love a fast pace and be ready to enjoy a competitive salary and great work environment!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THIS POSITION?
* A great attitude and the ability to greet each patient as a valued member of the family - even when stressed * A strong ability to multitask, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment * The capability to manage time effectively while always treating patients with empathy * Above average organizational and interpersonal skills; a team-oriented mindset * Strong communication and customer service skills * Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word * Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? * High school diploma required * At least 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred * Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred * Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred * Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills * Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required * Above average organizational and interpersonal skills * Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
