* Supervise site inventory personnel, set priorities, provide training, and maintain safe and consistent work practices.

* Maintain secure warehouse and yard locations with controlled access, clear labeling, accurate storage locations, and defined storage standards.

* Ensure equipment and materials are inspected, preserved, and stored in line with OEM requirements and site conditions, including items that require conditioned or specialized storage.

* Maintain accurate item data, quantities, storage locations, equipment records, and transaction history in the inventory system.

* Plan cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate variances, and close corrective actions.

* Coordinate material requirements, critical spares, outages, commissioning needs, and operational handovers across Power, Drilling and Completion, Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

* Report material availability, shortages, equipment condition, inventory discrepancies, and agreed inventory performance measures, and escalate risks that could affect plant reliability or commissioning schedules.

* Control damaged, excess, obsolete, warranty related, and repairable inventory through approved review and disposition processes.

* Improve warehouse layout, material flow, storage capacity, procedures, and the controlled handover of materials between teams.

* Maintain safe lifting, handling, storage, and material movement practices.

Qualifications

Required

* Five or more years of experience in inventory, materials management, warehousing, logistics, maintenance support, or a similar operating environment.

* Experience leading employees, contractors, or site material activities and setting clear daily priorities.

* Experience maintaining inventory records and item data in a maintenance, warehouse, or inventory management system.

* Ability to investigate inventory issues, implement practical controls, and communicate clearly with site and corporate teams.

* Strong safety and compliance mindset, with the ability to work full time in Milford across warehouse, yard, and plant environments.

Preferred

* Experience in power generation, geothermal, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, or another asset intensive industry.
