What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in growing our studio.
Responsibilities include:
* Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations, studio tours, and introductory stretch sessions * Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships * Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling * Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline * Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client check ins, and administrative tasks * Support local marketing campaigns, networking events, and community partnerships * Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Fitness industry experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.
