About the role

An established and highly respected private audiology practice on California's beautiful Central Coast is seeking an experienced Audiologist to become an integral member of its growing clinical team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned clinician who wants to build a long-term career in a practice where expertise is valued, patient care comes first, and there is genuine opportunity for financial growth.

Your Experience & Results Matter Starting salary of $110,000 or more, based on experience, performance history, data, and proven results — PLUS a monthly commission opportunity.

This is an opportunity designed for an experienced Audiologist who wants their compensation to reflect the value they bring to the practice.

In addition to a strong starting salary, you'll have the opportunity to increase your overall earnings through monthly commission as you establish yourself within the practice and demonstrate strong performance and patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits: * $110,000+ starting salary — based on experience and proven results * Monthly commission opportunity * Group medical insurance * 401(k) / profit-sharing plan * Generous PTO * Paid holidays * Early-release Fridays * Relocation bonus available * Opportunity to work in both Santa Barbara and Solvang

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Unlike many hearing healthcare environments, this practice operates under a private-pay model without the constraints of third-party insurance contracts.

That means you can spend meaningful time with patients, provide comprehensive counseling, and develop customized treatment plans based on their individual needs.

No cookie-cutter approach. No rushing patients through appointments. No letting insurance dictate the care you provide.

Clinical Autonomy + Collaborative Support You'll have the opportunity to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy while still being surrounded by an experienced and collaborative medical team.

You'll work alongside: * Experienced Audiologists * An Otolaryngologist * Physician Assistants * Supportive clinical professionals

A Broad & Advanced Clinical Role This isn't simply a hearing-aid dispensing position. You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of audiological services, including: * Comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations * Individualized patient and family counseling * Hearing aid fitting, programming, verification, and service * Cochlear implant evaluations and mapping * ABR * VNG * Tympanometry * Advanced vestibular testing * Collaboration with physicians and fellow clinicians

Discover the Central Coast Lifestyle Santa Barbara offers beautiful beaches, scenic mountain trails, outstanding dining, award-winning wineries, outdoor recreation, and year-round California sunshine.

You'll also have the opportunity to work in Solvang, a picturesque Danish-inspired community nestled in the Santa Ynez Valley wine country.

Whether you're spending your weekends at the beach, exploring the mountains, enjoying wine country, or experiencing the area's incredible restaurants and outdoor activities, the Central Coast offers an exceptional quality of life.

If you're an experienced Audiologist looking for professional fulfillment, strong earning potential, clinical freedom, and an exceptional California lifestyle, this opportunity deserves a closer look.
