An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Newquay studio for a Temporary Studio Supervisor. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for up to 9 months, with the possibility of an extension depending on business needs.
The position follows a set four-week rolling rota, with flexibility required to support the needs of the business. Additional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and absence.
Working Hours; Four-Week Rolling Rota
* Week 1: Saturday 10am–5pm, Sunday 11am–5pm * Week 2: Wednesday 10am–3pm, Thursday 3pm–8pm * Week 3: Wednesday 10am–3pm, Friday 10am–3pm * Week 4: Wednesday 10am–3pm, Friday 3pm–8pm
As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
What we are looking for:
Essential
* English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill * At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience * Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning * Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education * Able to attend mandatory training * Examples of good time management * Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable
* Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment * Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry * Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness * Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
