About the role

La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Are you the kind of nurse who wants more than just another shift? Do you believe the most meaningful care happens in the quiet moments, in living rooms, at kitchen tables, and beside patients and families who need comfort, guidance, and hope?

We provide care that honors each patient's journey with dignity, compassion, and respect. We're looking for a nurse who is passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of patients and families during life's most important moments.

Why You'll Love This Role

As a Hospice RN, you'll have the opportunity to provide truly personalized care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones. You'll help patients remain comfortable, supported, and surrounded by the people and places they call home.

This is more than nursing.

It's advocacy. It's connection. It's purpose driven care that changes lives every single day.

Join a Team That Feels Like Family

In hospice care, small acts create powerful moments. Whether it's easing pain, offering reassurance, holding a hand, or helping a family find peace, your work makes a meaningful difference every day.

If you're ready to bring your clinical expertise and compassion to a role where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and help us deliver comfort, dignity, and exceptional care—one patient, one family, one moment at a time.
