About the role
We are excited to welcome a friendly and dedicated Houseman to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of our hotel or resort, ensuring every guest experiences a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
* Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms and public areas. * Ensure all equipment and supplies are well maintained and properly stored. * Transport linens, towels, and other supplies to various departments as needed. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and work areas. * Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping and front desk teams. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. * Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as required. * Help manage laundry operations by sorting and distributing linens efficiently. *
Requirements
* Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required. * Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. * Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently. * Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Compensation: $16.50/per hour
