About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team!
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Creates invoices according to company practices
Collaborates with Accounts Payable to reconcile customer accounts on a periodic basis.
· Creates reports regarding the current status of customer projects as requested.
· Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payments.
· Assist Accounts Payable Administrator with daily operations
· May assist with sourcing and ordering necessary parts in support of customer and company needs.
· Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation and other clerical tasks as needed
Required skills/Abilities:
· Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned.
· Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
· Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
· Computer skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· Experience in invoicing and finance are a plus.
· Prior experience directly interfacing with customers.
