Overview:
Mosai’s Contract Recruiter 1099 role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill select technical and non-technical roles at Mosai.
Description of Services:
* Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates * Identify, recruit, and engage candidates to fill positions at Mosai * Review and assess candidates’ education, experience, training and other qualifications * Screen candidates and schedule interviews * Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipeline, progress, and roadblocks
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university * 3-5 years of recruiting experience * Strong relationship building skills * Excellent and polished interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. * Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
