About the role
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to join our team in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Job duties to include, but are not limited to: * Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer. * Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. * Attend on-site progress meeting as lead representative for Long Fence. * Dispatch installation crews. * Site visits and inspections. * Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications: * 10+ years of commercial construction industry experience. * Construction software and computer skill experience. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: * The minimum compensation for this position is $85,000.00 per year. * The maximum compensation for this position is $95,000.00 per year.
