Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth and professionalism. * Navigate our information systems like a pro to manage tasks efficiently and keep accuracy at the top of your game. * Roll up your sleeves for occasional phlebotomy services when needed at your site—expanding your lab skills toolkit.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a medical setting, hospital, or clinic laboratory. * Familiarity with medical terminology and human anatomy.
