Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand event goals, style, and budget
* Plan and oversee event logistics including venues, vendors, and schedules
* Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines
* Manage contracts, expenses, and vendor communications
* Provide consistent updates and client support throughout the planning process
* Ensure smooth event execution and problem-solve on the spot
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and client service abilities
* Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently
